What's included in the vacation?
Direct flights to Venice (including a suitcase and a trolley), transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, 7 nights at MY KOSHER HOTEL on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner, self-prepared sandwiches for lunch, coffee and cake in the afternoon), full board on Shabbat, access to the hotel pool, Wi-Fi, an extended 5-day ski pass, and a Hebrew-speaking team. Not included: the tourist tax paid at the hotel and equipment rental. The exact breakdown appears on the tour page and in the booking confirmation.
Where is there kosher skiing in Europe?
Very few places. We operate a kosher vacation in Canazei (the Dolomites, Italy) at a permanent kosher hotel, in La Plagne (France) the week before Passover at a hotel entirely our own, and in Gudauri (Georgia) in Sunday-to-Thursday packages. What about insurance?
Regular travel insurance doesn't cover skiing. You need a winter sports extension, preferably one that includes mountain evacuation. In Italy, third-party insurance for every skier is also mandatory, and it is sold with the ski pass. Details and a discount are on the travel insurance page on the site.
How do I register?
Through the registration form on the tour page. You choose a date, fill in the travelers' details, and receive a booking confirmation by email.
How do I pay?
By credit card on the site (you can split it between several cards), by bank transfer, or later through your personal account area. The up-to-date price is shown in the registration form.
Can I join a booking of friends or family?
Yes. You note the name of the original booker at registration, and the office links the rooms, the bus and the flight together.
What happens if I need to cancel or change?
The cancellation and change terms appear in the terms document you sign at registration. And in any case, contact the office early.
